USA FIREWORKS HAS A NO REFUND POLICY
All firework sales placed on our website are final. If you receive a damaged firework product, bring it back to our USA Fireworks Super Store with a copy of your receipt and we will exchange it with another product. Exchanges must take place during normal business days and operating hours.
All customers in the State of Texas MUST be 16 years old to purchase fireworks. When picking up your firework order, please make sure you bring a valid Texas Drivers License with you to verify that you are the person that placed the order and that you are at least 16 years old. We will verify your age. The information on the Texas Drivers License MUST match the Customers information we received on the order.
